Gone for a few value picks this week - Tom Jenkins and Ed Dougherty both have excellent event form at the various course used and I managed to secure a bit of 80/1 on both of them earlier this week, and a more speculative pick on Jesse Patino who has twice finished 8th in the event and won the Q event - 250/1 Centrebet

With differing courses the young'uns are not at as much of a disadvantage as usual. Hatalsky is very tempting again with 4 top 5's in his last 5 outings.... but greed overcame me... so he is passed over and I will go for a 40/1 with Stan James instead. Will try Rodger Davis after a 5-7-3 amongst his last 5 outings.

.... crumpled under pressure and also had a saver on Hatalsky with S James at 14/1... could save a bit of self-chastisement.
