Game not called yet and this clown on TBS keeps saying that they are going to try hard to get this one in.....first game of a four game series why are they so persistent tonight:shrug:

I'd have to think they could double up one day this week.

Game will start in twenty minutes according to TBS --- 10:50 eastern time.


I almost wish I could hedge my bet these guys have been sitting around for over three hours I think all logic can be thrown out the window on this one. The pitchers have sat around, probable mentally checked out, and the game is going to go late into the night. Going to need some luck.

I was thinking the same thing... I wish they wouldnt play this damn thing...gonna be starting at 11pm eastern for crying out loud.....hedging def possiblity...I dont like the feeling i have on this one like I did b4.....but gonna let it ride and see what happens

Yup Rex -- this one doesn't sit well with me but my book hasn't put a line back up so it looks like I'm keeping it. Not the game I capped that's for sure but maybe some luck will be on our side tonight.

Do ya think this would have been a double header if this was a Thursday night and a weekend series?? :shrug: I just think they would be much more eager to put up a DH if they could do it on a weekend???? Regardless, I feel for you guys who handicapped this one, as I think you can throw all logic out the window now. :shrug:

My guess -- most of the online books all ride off computer databases so lines got pulled down at the orignal gametime and they probably aren't paying any attention right now. I wouldn't be suprised if a wager could be called in but I think the websites are all programed early in the day and unless someone thinks to repost a line they won't. Just my 2 cents.

Was hoping they would post because I would love the over in this thing, seems when games go late play gets sloppy leading to a lot of runs. 9-8 on a walk-off:eek: :eek: :eek:

Was just thinking the same things -- gotta think the pitchers are tight and I just question how focused they could be after sitting around so long. This could be nuts tonight.
