So grillmasters, what's on the menu for Monday? I'm currently marinading a couple of slabs of ribs to break in my new Texas smoker BBQ. I'm sorry but I do a lot of my data input on Sunday night and it's like watching paint dry sometimes. Thought I'd throw this bone out there
