i have no idea how this business works from their end and i dont want to incriminate myself or others, so ill skip the details. it was a dispute with tony the manager, he thinks im dishonest and opportunistic, and i disagree. well at least for the incident in question. he's not an easy person to reason with, to say the least.
they settled my account fairly and promptly, so ii wouldnt discourage others from using the book. im just shocked they could have someone so rude and paranoid as their top customer service rep. i miss their rogue lines and lederman props, hopefully new management comes in with a clean slate.
