Teton petroleum(TTPE.OB) did a reverse 12-1 stock split today. I am just wondering if i am doing the right math. Lets say i own 10000 shares at around .32 cents. I would take the 10000 shares and divide that by the opening price today of 4.30, then divide that number by three to give me now 775 shares at 4.30. I could be completely wrong with my calculations. I would appreciate any info

to get the number of shares you own just divide 12 into 10,000 (12/1)

10,000/12 = 833.33 (will give you cash for the fractional share)

833.33 shares X $4.30 = $3583.19

compared to your intitial investment

10,000 X .32 = $3200

your adjusted per share price is .3583
