Even though the Tex/Bos game does not qualify as a true under dog system play as the Tex moneyline is above +149
Taking that away I don't think Bos's Miller (4-4 4.78 ERA) should be a -172 FAV over Tex's Rodriquez (2-3 4.95 ERA)
So I have had a small play on Tex +164
This may lose but I think this is a value play.
