Avatar Question

How do you get one of the Avatars that alot of people have here when they post?

Go to your profile at the top of page. click on. Then go to edit options. click on and its at the bottom of that page.

So, do you have to select from one of the given options or is there some way of adding to the list. I only ask because it appears that people have managed to get avatars for their favorite teams but not all teams appear to be available. For example, there is a UNC avatar but not one for Duke. Is there some method for requesting these things?
