This is awesome news for handicappers. I have been arguing this for years and they finally approved it.
The away goal aspect of the two legged series made it tougher to handicap games. Most teams playing the first game at home, especially the weaker ones, are typically more concerned about giving up away goals versus scoring. This will open up games and make them easier to cap.
Great to see UEFA finally open to some changes. Hopefully this leads to some rule changes also.
