I just got back from your neck of the woods
Surprise, Arizona. My Girlfriends parents just bought a place in Sun City Grand. Man what a place that Sun City is 3 golf Courses, Swimming Pools, Clubhouse with about 50 different kinds of clubs, Tennis, New Softball Diamond. The Landscape is amazing with water falls and fountains all over. The place is just for seniors but it is like the perfect retirement place. The whole city of Surprise was really nice and CLEAN. I was there last Tuesday when it was 115 degrees it was hot but it is a dry heat no humidity like back east. Check out Bank one Ballpark place is just awesome. We all took a ride to Laughlin, Nevada for a couple of days and the ride was just amazing it is like you are riding through a postcard after postcard. Anybody who has the opportunity to go to Arizona do it the place is a hidden Gem.
