Fairly easy to figure this out. . . thought it might help out some others on this board who are thinking about buying a particular side for the rest of the series who may not know that much about the DBacks. . .

Game Four there is no question that Schilling will go no matter how Arizona comes out tonight. . .

Game Five will most likely be Bautista. . . it is rumored that Johnson will wait another night and come back in Game Six if necessary. Obviously things can change, but I noted this as a key decision that Brenly would make and it appears that he will go ahead with this plan so that the worse case scenerio is that the Yankees would have to take one away from the DBacks in Phoenix against their two aces.

Game Seven will be Schilling which is probably obvious to most. . . I have a total of 12 tickets for game seven and none for game six so I would love to see this go to the final game of the series, but most DBack fans will want this series over in game six with Johnson who should be on his game. . .

I would like to hear opinions or factual information concerning the pitching rotation for the Yankees in the final four games as I am not very familiar with them. . .

i would throw schilling which they will in game 4 johnson game 6 and schilling game 7 and start bautista in 5 and you also have or should have a rested bp for game 5,johnson would be wasted if he threw game 5,his arm doesnot rebound that quick nor does he have the mind set.

Mussina Game 5
Petite Game 6
Clemons Game 7

All pitching a 7 inning game then handing it over to Rivera, is this guy a witch or what?

Miami is correct, Yanks will stick to that rotation.

Brenly making the right move with Schilling tomorrow, I guess.

Just looking back to my competitive days, if I were a Yankee, would try and spin the positive. Schilling on 3 days rest shows a sign of weakness and possible panic.

Before you jump all over me, feel it is a good move. Very hard to see the Yankees prevailing this year.

Enjoy the rest of the series, it's almost over.

BearDownAZ, hope you get to party down in Phoenix this year. Used to live on E Thomas, Scottsdale. To long ago, love the city though.
