Aztecs have been playing great since getting everyone bk from Covid... their 2 losses by 1 pt (at Colo St Feb 4th, and to Boise last wk, up 1 shooting/missing both fts w/7 secs left... chokejob)...
I saw Wyoming play live vs Cal St Fullerton... they have a talented big man named Ike (pronounced EE-Kay)..
He's got soft hands and a good touch around the bucket.. lefty.. good post moves.. wiry strong
Aztecs will counter with MENSAH... great defender.. long.. athletic.. should be a grrreat matchup!
Wyoming also has a gd (can't remember name) who controls their offense.. half the time they clear out and he slowly backs his defender down to the key and makes some lil move and has an 8-10 ft shot.. Gonzalez..? Ramirez..? he's got curly hair.. u can't miss him cuz he'll usually have the ball
I think Aztecs have more athleticism.. both teams strong on defense and won't turn ball over much..
