not sure about the legality or illegality of the hit...but getting hit on the back of the head discombobulates you more than any other shot in the head region....

this league is turning into tennis. they didn't throw the flag till they saw him knocked out cold. such a joke of a sport now. too bad he's hurt but that's not a penalty at full speed. you take away hits and why even tackle, just play flag football...

Exactly. Looking at it over and over again on DVR is sholder hit first. If Coleman gets fined it is B.S. His helmet hit after his shoulder hit Collie. I hate he got hurt, but Coleman was playing by the rules. And as Cower said he sholud not be fined. This is football.

...started off as 'should not have been a flag', but the longer he lay there the more it got all melodramatic, to the point where the NFL have 'absolutely gotten it right because players need to have lives'...

i agree that the call might have been wrong...but i also agree that they should everything in their power to protect the players....

unfortunately,like every other kind of play,they`ll mange to screw up often enough to give everybody acid reflux....
