have a whole bunch of these every year; they outnumber the lucky wins 3 to 1.

this qualifies for my bad beat of year and also for the decade so far.

had ok city/new orleans over 201

score with a little over 3 minuts to play was new orleans 101, ok city 99. no one scored a point in last 3 minutes plus, no field goals, no foul shots etc in a 2 point game where team behind fouls every time. I have needed under 15 in last minute a bunch of times this year and lost a whole lot of unders when they would score 20 or more or go to overtime.

they say it will even out; been betting football and hoops for over 40 years now and not sure when it will turn around will be hard to for it to even out as do not have much time on this earth left.

Westbrook miised 5 shots in those last three minutes.
Surprised no one got to the foul line with the game that close.

I had Thunder second half team total over 55.5 as my only Nba play yesterday. Had 51 at home in a close game with 3 min left! How does that not hit?

I hate bad beat sob stories but this one is definitely justified.

The big surprise is that I wasn't on that with you.

Wow!

I feel for ya bulldog!! I'm too familiar with those bad losses like that when I am watching the game.

One for the eyes to comprehend, you see Gov Christie in the luxury suites with Jer Jones, Christie is a proponent to legalize all sports gambling in Joysey and he's in a box with an Owner of an NFL franchise that he's a big fan of? Is there something more going on?

Then you see a game like you just mentioned and the players are laughing and shaking hands and high fiving right after it ends and sometimes you see the refs with a chuckle as well!!

Makes ya wanna go hmmmmm!!

Better days ahead!! I've banged my head on the table many times with plays that lose like that!

Worst beat I ever had was a MNF game between Jags & Steelers, I believe Jags were +3 1/2 and they were losing by 3 and going for the tie near the end of regulation vs Pittsburgh and not much time on the clock and Brunnel throws a pass in the flat, it's juggled and intercepted and instead of the DB who intercepted the ball falling down and running out the clock or running out of bounds, he runs all the way over 80 yards for a pick 6 and the +3 1/2 is all null and void now and lose by 9 1/2!!

That pales in comparison to mid 90's Jags-Steelers game which featured Steelers winning entire game as underdog then lining up to kick game winning field goal as time expires which was then blocked and returned for a TD to blow 3 pt cover. Probably worst I have ever seen. I remember guy running by Cowher on sideline who looked like he wanted to tackle him. I wish he did.

Sorry bulldog. Reminds me of a tough one few years ago. I had UNDER in a late NBA game, think it was the Spurs & Lakers, that would have won me the last leg in a nice 4-Team Parlay. Well it took THREE(3) Overtimes too decide a winner so needless too say it went OVER the posted Total. The kicker is....it was still UNDER the posted Total after the 2nd Overtime & only eclipsed the Total by 2 points!!!

Anyone remember in 2010 season jags @ colts? Jags score a td with 30 seconds left to get the cover then go for onside kick to which the colts return it for a house call. That's a loss I'll never forget.
