It sucks when you wreck your car, but can you imagine totaling your car. . . and it being worth a million bucks?

Some dude basically ripped his Ferrari Enzo in half this morning on PCH/1 up in Malibu - really f'd up the morning commute, since his car was in a thousand little pieces all over the highway. Dude was "lucky" enough to "run" away. . . story is a little fishy . . . :scared

Story goes that the Ferrari Enzo was racing a Mercedes. If that is true, the only Mercedes that would make a good run is the SLR. That race would essentially be almost 2 million dollars racing down the PCH. I would have loved to seen that. :fingerc: I can only imagine the conversation that led up to this race.

The Mercedes got away and the Enzo "passenger" only got minor injuries from a 120mph crash. Oh well, somebody has to do the crash testing on these cars.

Word is it was the driver who they found, who just hopped over to the passenger seat after the accident. Only the driver side bags deployed I think so it's pretty obvious he was the driver.

My daddy taught me along time ago to get out from behind the wheel when in this situation. Last September it worked quite well. Ruled Hit and Run - Anonymous driver.....investigation closed. Totalled Escalade, and a few stitches later, all is good. :gf:
