John Kerry said it would never happen. If he had his way these people would still be living under a government responsible for the genocide of 400,000 of it's own people. Once again, as always, the liberals are on the wrong side of history, democracy, and freedom. You guys can piss all over these elections all you want, this is freedom for the Iraqis and they LOVE IT!!!
THANK YOU GW BUSH!!

The elections went very well, with a high turnout and little violence. Good job on that, for sure.

Now Manson, I expect that you'll report back one year after our last troop leaves there and give us a status report.

Mastercapper the 3 WMD's are gone - Uday, Qusay and Saddam - those 3 weapons of mass destruction killed over 400,000 innocent Iraqis. Now the Iraqis thank Bush with purple fingers!!

Kosar you said bad shit would go down on 1-1-06 didn't you? I guess your report will come before mine. Looking forward to it.

By the way you can give me a report once the last troop leaves Japan, Germany, Bosnia and Korea as well. Deal?? :)

No, I have never said that 'bad shit would go down' on 1/1/06. Where do you get your bullshit? Do you just make it up as you go along?

Great comparison on the other countries. Those situations are sooo very similar to Iraq.

On 12/15 we will be officially handing over Iraq to Islamfascists. Well, actually it will be 1/1/06 when those elected take their office. This will probably be marked as a national holiday in Iran(New years be damned).

The Shia have not yet taken over, not permanently. They will on 1/1/06. It will be a permanent government. Do you get it? :mj07: :mj07: What a dumb question!

Then what are you trying to say? I need to get a T-Shirt that just says "random thoughts" :)

So what were you trying to say?

Oh, I was trying to say that the Shia would be taking over on 1/1/06. That it was on that date that it would become permanent government, no longer temporary.

I don't see anything saying that 'bad shit' would be going down on that date.

Then why did you say it would be a national holiday in Iran?

No offense but I still think it's halarious that you didn;t even have a clue what today's elections were for. You said the United states would be "handing over" the government, yet that was already done 18 months ago. Glad I could educate you. :142smilie

How old are you, manson? Seriously.

'national holiday' is a figure of speech. Do you think the Iranians are extremely happy about the make up of the new government of their neighbors? Simple yes or no, if possible.

Before I start in on this, I need to know what perspective you are coming from. Are you saying that John Kerry said that there would be no elections in Iraq? Or that democracy would not come to Iraq? Just wondering what you are referring to.

Who is pissing all over these elections? Who exactly is saying that this is not a good day for these people? Who, exactly, has said that it's not a positive thing that Hussein and his sons are not in power?

Or is it, in reality, people who are just judging what we have done and measuring the value of it from what our country has lost in this incursion? Or questioning the reasons why we did it to begin with, and apparently will continue it?

To simply check mark anything positive coming from this and taking credit for it, without discussing the big picture is weak. It glosses over the real issues. It spins the situation. And simply, what you are applauding was not a reason we were given for going to Iraq.

Again...I ask you Charles, do you advocate going in to other countries like we did in Iraq, where people are suffering like these people did? Don't you think that democrats really think that democracy would be better for these countries?

How about one other country? Which one do you propose we go into and overthrow their government to help those people?

Good luck getting an answer.

He's still having trouble answering yes or no to:

"Do you think the Iranians are extremely happy about the make up of the new government of their neighbors? Simple yes or no, if possible."

Kosar - how do I know what this new Iranian leader thinks? This is a man who wants Israel gone. He said holocaust (sp?) never occured.

Chadman - which country should we invade? Is that what you are asking?

I'm not having trouble answering shit this isn't the question and answer period and you 2 liberals never can answer my questions. You just try to change the subject when you get stumped. Chadman this one is in response to your post...

BILL CLINTON QUOTE -

"The hard fact is that so long as Saddam remains in power, he threatens the well-being of his people, the peace of his region, the security of the world.

The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government"

When you 2 will tell me why Clinton said this than I will consider answering your questions.

Manson, why can't you form an opinion for yourself without using liberals to speak for you? Wait, never mind...you don't like to be embarrassed, I remember. If you ever want to address what I posted with your thoughts, however bizarre they may be, I welcome it. Otherwise, stop posting quotes that have been explained against by myself and Kosar, among others, many times. Or continue, and continue to look ridiculous. I really don't care.

Or, to use your typical response when cornered on an issue:

Nice back pedalling job Manson! lol :s1: :142smilie

How am I embarrassed? Why do you always say that? It's only a message board kiddo I don't dwell on what crybaby liberals say about me let alone feel embarrassed. :mj07:

Who's backpedalling besides Kosar? I'm sitting here trying to figure out what exactly you are talking about? lol Stop posting quotes by liberals who were wrong? Yeah, I'll bet you'd love that wouldn't you? No thanks.

Bill Clinton on Saddam Hussein:

"And mark my words, he will develop weapons of mass destruction. He will deploy them, and he will use them."

"The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government"

Contrary to what you say...these words were never explained by either yourself or Kosar.

Go ahead and slam this thread all you want. Go ahead and try and change the subject. 75% of Iraqis say they like the way their lives are going, Saddam Hussein the genocidal murderer is in custody, and his 2 rapist murderer sons are dead. ELECTIONS WENT WELL - DEMOCRACY RULES - PURPLE FINGERS!!! Sorry Democrats.

Good lord, the back-slapping buzzards are circling. Ok, I'll play your little game, Manson. This will be fun. You want me to analyze why Clinton said the quote you attribute to him. Fine. Please post the link to where this quote came from. I want to see the entire subject matter, so I can do a proper analysis.
