bad payout procedure at WSEX

It doesn't matter if you request a payout of $20 or $20,000..............your first payout will be sent regular mail and take THREE WEEKS to arrive.
All the other top sportsbooks cut you a check instantly, once you roll it over a few times.

WSEX.....sorry.....but what a joke. Why should the player be penalized when he depsoits by credit card.......a method you endorse???!!

is it not pretty standard procedure thru-out book for Credit Card withdrawals since credit cards cannot be credited back ?....

you can get in thru fedex quicker if needed...

the check via regular mail (which could take up to 3 weeks) or FedEx (2-4 business days) for a $30 fee.

IE.....no..that is wrong.

I wanted to reqest a $6,000 payout and I even told them I would pay all the $30 Fed Ex fees...............but they said "no.....all first time payouts must be processedby regular mail, which will take 3 weeks."
If I had deposited any other way (except credit card) it would have been different. My point is, WSEX is penalizing a good player by making him wait 3 weeks for his first payout. That is very unappealing and inconvenient. Basically, it sems like they want the chance to win your money bank, and also make sure you don't do a chargeback. However, none of the other top books I deal with make you wait this long.

So, the Fed Ex thing is only AFTER you make your first withdrawal ,which takes three weeks. See, it's is misleading.
I am trying to help everyone by informing you what is really happenning. You can call and check with customer service yourself and see. You will be very surprised and disappointed, if you are a first-time WSEX user like myself, who made a few thousand dollars in a few weeks with them. Now, I can't gamble with them, because my funds will be tied up for three weeks in the mail. Basically, they discourage people from making withdrawals with the long delay, so they can get their money back.

I contacted WSEX after seeing this post.

This is their reply.

Hi Jack,

This is indeed a misunderstanding. Customers can request withdrawals either regular mail or fedex. For customers who deposit with credit cards, we payout via check because we cannot credit back the card as a payout method. Ideally, if the customer has a Neteller account and has made Neteller deposits, that method can also be considered for withdrawal. I am not sure who this customer is. Could you please advise him to go to the cashier and request his fedex withdrawal?

I called 3 times and got the same answer EVERY time.............."it takes 3 weeks to verify your account, for new players. Since you made your first deposit by credit card, your first withdrawal MUST be by regular mail. That will take 3 weeks. No Fed Ex allowed for first time credit card users who would like to make their initial withdrawal. After your account has been verified, and after you receive yor first withdrawal by regular 3-week mail, THEN you can make subsequent FedEX withdrawals for $30 each."



I got that response last month, and I got it today.

thanks Jack...but it's too late now.....when I found out it was going to take 3 weeks, I reversed the withdrawal request, and ended up blowing the $6,000.
They didn't force me to keep gambling...and I know that............but they lied to me, and I will no longer be using WSEX. That got exactly what they wanted from me......impatience. I should have had that 6k on my doorstep a week ago.
Now, I'm busted with them.
Just a major turn-off by them, in my opinion (and my bankroll's!)
