Long time lurker, very infrequent poster, decided to join the fray this year.
Bama +4.5 (3 units)...Respect Sooner guards greatly, but Bama guards solid as well and deep. Difference is inside. Dudley and Walker will prove too much for Jabhari Brown and True Frosh Bookout. Really think Brown is going to miss McGhee's muscle to help him inside and Dudley is a very difficult first assignment. Bama wins outright.
Syr/Mem Under 140 (2 units)...Both teams lost 3 starters. Memphis lost top 3 scorers, Syracuse lost top 2. Burks out so who runs UM offense against vaunted Cuse 2-3 zone? Cuse has its own problems with Edelin out and litany of off-season problems. Have not yet seen Anthony play but understand he is the real deal. However, think both teams struggle to score, it goes under.
