i never have been very impressed with this bunch.....they have failed show much on the road for getting a 2 seed.....

I was going to say something dumb in here, but i decided against it. And i know guys in here are upset cause they lost money, and i'm sorry for that. But us true fans are just as upset, you know?

What else can i say? My team came out lifeless, never put any effort forth, and never looked liked they belonged. I don't think they suck, and it hurts to hear that, but i don't even feel up to defending them right now.

Didn't mean to direct it at you, and believe me, I know how it feels for your team to go down so early. I am just so frustrated with the damn SEC. Used to really like this conference. Tried to Bounce back with Miss. St., and they to came up short. And now, to top it all off, Georgia is getting handled by the Salukis. Geesh, I am a glutton for punishment.

your team didnt come out fired up and ready to win, just to have it taken from you by the zebras.......NCSU got robbed, and i know this is probably not the right thread, but while we're talking pain, im hurtin over here....my pack had a great year, just like bama, and now were both sittin and watchin......sorry thisisbad for the bama defeat.....im hoping we both have better luck next year!

Yep, Georgia just proved my theory. Don't feel too bad about the Bama thing, they have plenty of sorry company in that sorry ass conference.

make sure ya throw Florida, Ole Miss, State, & Georgia in there as well. Wonder what the prop would've been on Kentucky being the lone remaining SEC team in the Sweet 16?

A1, it's all good, i just took it more personal thatn i should have. And yeah, the SEC as a whole hasn't made a good showing in the NCAA's at all. I almost took the prop bet on number of wins by the SEC....glad i decided to not throw that money away



KGar, if you are talking about that last foul call, that was marginal at best. I had no money on the game, but to be bailed out on a desperation shot like that....it does hurt. Glad to see your team at least put forth soem effort though.

the officiating in all the close game has played a huge factor in who is moved on and who hasn't.......all started with the Duke game.....that last 5 minutes was absolutely garbage......ND was getting hammered everytime they went down low......then Duke would get brushed and go to the line.....UConn game horrid, intentional foul called in Ga. game horrid, i could go on.........

sometimes ref decide to "let them play" and not call any fouls until there is blood, and sometimes they call garbage sh+t at the end of close games.....there is absolutely no consistency and it is anyone's guess as to what will happen.....if i was a coach in the timeout and had the last possession it is more worthwhile to try to figure out if the refs are going to call a foul or not and research that to decide if i should drive to the bucket or settle for a fade away jumper so i don't get mauled.....
