Make sure your grill is white hot if cooking outdoors, flatten out two 1/4 lb patties, take shredded cheese, your favorite hopefully mozz, american cheese or cheddar, they melt the best, put the cheese in the middle of the bottom patty, take the the other patty and put it on top and pinch the outside of both patties together, place on the grill, approx 5 minutes later after you see the blood drip to the top of the top pattie flip it over, then on top of the patty take a skinny poker or toothpick and put a small hole in the top of the patty and put the grill lid on. If cheese oozes out, you know you got a winner!! I like to use 90% or higher lean beef but it's best to use 80-85% as they have a lil better fatty content to help seal the meat. Let me know how it goes when you attempt!

GL!
