Rose, a two time winner this year, is a much better golfer than he has been in the past. He always could make long strings of birdies, and his bogey avoidance is better than ever. He got cut on the number last week,l but his form is still good and he plays this layout well.
I've been really impressed with Dustin all year, and the golfing gods owe him one. Mahan is OK I guess, I really can't recall anything from this year to get excited about. I think Johnson has the edge here.
Kenny Perry (2nd Rnd) -110* vs Charles Howell III (2nd Rnd)
Jeff Overton (2nd Rnd) +110* vs Bubba Watson (2nd Rnd)
227 Jason Day (2nd Rnd) +105* vs Nick Watney (2nd Rnd)
I was there and saw piercy make 7 on #5 from basically 10 yards away from the pin off his tee shot.. painful to miss the cut by 1 with a double on the last.
