Ryan Perry is #45....ball has #19... maybe a Minor League Sig......

the signatures are way off also but i know that does not mean from minor league to professional he did not improve on it. but i am still not sold on him.

Ryan Long and Andy Stewart played together for the Royals in 1997

Stewart was definitely 28 but I couldn't find Long wearing 19
