Bay Area Weather report

Thought I would give everyone a "heads up"
on what the weather is expected to be like
here in the Bay Area tommorow with both
SF and Oakland at home.

san francisco county, san mateo county, alameda and contra costa counties,
400 AM PST SAT DEC 1 2001

...heavy surf advisory along the coast late tonight through Monday...

Today...windy with rain...locally heavy at times. Highs mid to upper 50s. Southeast wind 15 to 30 mph...locally stronger gusts.

Tonight...occasional showers. Lows 45 to 50. South wind 15 to 25 mph.

Sunday...rainy and windy. Highs in the mid to upper 50s. Southeast wind 15 to 30 mph with higher gusts. Wind shifting to the southwest by afternoon.

I'm interested to know how everyone feels
about the totals.
They are both at 44.
If your inclined to take an under, get it
now. Likely move down.

I'll return with updates before and up to
game time.

Its been showering most of the evening
and throughout the night here but what
is most important is game time.
I will try to get a local forcast a few
hours before kickoff.

6am and rain coming down in sheets outside..
here's the latest forcast.
I don't think this will be a factor in the
SF late game, but could be a problem for the
Oakland game starting at 1:15 pst.

Will provide an update at 12 noon pst.

Today...windy with rain...heavy at times. Rain changing to showers by afternoon. A chance of thunderstorms and small hail. Highs mid to upper 50s. Southeast wind 25 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph... Especially near the water and in the hills. Wind shifting to the southwest this afternoon.

Tonight...showers...decreasing overnight. A chance of evening thunderstorms and small hail. Snow level lowering to around 2500 feet. Lows 40 to 45. West to southwest wind 20 to 35 mph...slowly decreasing.

10am pst
rain stopped about an hour ago and the sun
is breaking out here in San Mateo. No wind.
It appears the storm has passed so it
likely will not affect the Oakland game
either.
If there are any changes I will post again
at 12noon pst.
