Hunter Mahan 200-1 e.w without Woods/Els/Singh at golfing gods

See that he is down to 125 in this market, but still 60-1 place with the big guys

Going to go against Els with Singh and Woods- I feel Els playing b2b dessert tournaments then traveling here for the Bay Hill will have his body adjusting the first two days and IMO that will be enough time for Singh and Woods to get a little separation.

Singh -110 for 2*
Woods -160 for 3* (risking 480)

Outright plays (total stake per play: 1.5pts)

Stewart Cink to win 33/1 e.w. available generally
The top-3 dominate the market so much that there is even a 'w/o Woods, Singh and Els' market this week. While I can't find any value in the odds for these three players, I think that it is there in the next tier of players on the PGA Tour. Cink, Clarke and Johnson fit into that category. As a two-time winner last season, Cink certainly had a memorable year and while he has yet to win in 2005, his worst finish has been 26th and he already has three 5th places finishes this season. Having made the cut in all six visits to Bay Hill, notably finishing 6th in 2000 and 2nd in 2003, he could produce another good performance this week.

Darren Clarke to win 40/1 e.w. @ BetInternet, Bet365, BlueSq, BetDirect and Coral
Clarke hasn't played since the World Matchplay at La Costa, but it will have been important for him to have spent time with his family before returning to the United States for a month until the MCI Heritage. And he should find inspiration on his return from Harrington's victory last week. He was playing well enough before his break to win on the PGA Tour - finishes of 1st, 4th, 6th and 3rd in his last four strokeplay events - and was leading this event at the early stages last year, so the omens look good for this time around.

Zach Johnson to win 50/1 e.w. @ GolfingGods
Johnson was also in contention throughout last year's event and finished 6th alongside Clarke and fresh off a 3rd place finish at Doral, he could certainly repeat last year's performance. He had a solid start to the season on the West Coast Swing, but he does tend to play better in Florida where he won two Hooters Tour events in 2001. There has been a lot of support for Johnson this week since Ladbrokes opened for a couple of hours at 80/1 and this price will probably not last until Thursday either.

adding a couple @ WSEX 1st rd
Scott (- 5 1/2 strokes) +118 over Duval
Tiger( -1/2) - 112 over ELS

Duval scor ave 77.42 both playing in afternoon--the worse it gets the better

Els has had lots of travel and generally does not play that well here.
Tiger has beat him in 1st rd last 5 events here by almost 4 stroke ave.

Well I'll be dipped in shit if Tiger didn't give up 5 shot lead on Els with 6 holes left %$#@#$#$
---wonder what Scott does--Duval 4 over after 2--don't think Murph can save him without Scotts help

---and speaking of Duval---several of us were discussing why he even plays yesterday and a Nike rep was with us and asked--"ever see his contract" I hope thats not the case after all his preaching bout golf wasn't about money but about winning--and this rep has been known to blow smoke on occasion--but maybe---

Was going to forego wagers till final rd but the McDowell backers I made mention of last week @ 5dimes have forced my hand.

Calc +120 over McDowell note>(2nd rd) @ 5dimes

Hmmm wonder what they fancy in this match???
In the all important driving stats on this venue Calc ranks 1st in total driving on tour and is getting 20 yard spot from Mc who ranks 104 in DD "in 1st rd

Calc has 2 stroke adv on scor ave ytd and 1.5 before cut
In addition Calc ranks 9th in 05 in par breakers and "1st" in all around ranking-- just nudging out Woods Cink Singh and Els in top 5.Win or lose have to give this one a look.

and might as well add another 2nd rd - 1/2 stroke @ WSEX
--should know better after Tiger fiasco in rd--
K Perry -116 over Janzen
going against another short stick

4th round

Cink -110 over Lehman (Ties=Push) @ Olympic

Another one that looked good is Els +160 over Woods for the rest of the tourney. Woods has some difficult holes on the back nine to finish...much easier than Els. Woods is up by one but I doubt that will be after the 3rd round is over. I think this has a good chance, but i'm not going to bet against Woods at BayHill.

4th round at 5 dimes:

J Ogilvie -120 over Perez

quite a gap in quality of play right now overall plus the closer Perez gets to making more money, the better chance of a blowup.
