What happens if Ball St, Utah and Boise St are all in the Top 12 of BCS? They are guarenteed a BCS game, right?

But then if they are all guarenteed a game, what happens to the 6 BCS Conferences (BIG EAST, BIG 10, BIG 12, ACC, SEC, PAC 10)?

Anyone really have any idea?

No more than one non-BCS and if 2-3 teams meet the criteria the highest ranked gets the bid.
