2 teams won't jump them. If they win, their in.
I looked at ND's schedule early in the season and thought....man, that is a brutal schedule, maybe the toughest in the nation.
Big Ten turned out to be not so good and that has hurt them bad...but they won't go from #1 to #3 unless they lose......beat USC and they play for the title.
If you look at their schedule, they played #10 Mich St, #18 Michigan, #4 Stanford, and #8 Oklahoma.....4 top-20 teams in 6 weeks. Still have to play #18 USC who was as high as #2 early in the season.
Good season with some luck along the way. At #1 now......win 2 games and they are national champions!!

Agree wholeheartedly,,,ND,,Bama,,Georgia,,Thiers to lose,,I would love a ND Bama matchup,,That would be 2 defenses to deal with,,Total would probably be 9 1/2,, excpet our defense was exposed against AM but its obvious jpohhny football is a special player,,,Both Ga and Bama have rivalry games this week and while I think both roll,,You never know,,IE<<Okllahoma vs ND,,AM vs Bama,,Stanf vs Oeg,,K ST vs Baylor,,:scared
Yeah Bama will kill Auburn. I thought GT might be a slight issue but now they may be looking ahead to ACC title game. Always interesting with Tech though.....
