Ok have looked over the officle rules of the contest. I am not siding with anyone nor do i hold a vested intrest in it. I looked at it just like a team rule or contract to see if there was any violation.

Well he was given a bet after asking jack and messing around over and over for his own spot. Jack said if you can make 60 bets on best bettor and end up in the + side then your in.

After that a few side bets were made which would include the above agreement as the official rules all that was stated was 60 plays and be in the + side and he could take as long as he wanted. Now if the parties of the side bets wanted to add some amendments to their contest it should of been stated before the start. Since nothing was brought up as a stipulation prior to the start of the side bets for contest beantownjim is in the right to act like a sloth if he wants with the remainder of his plays.

Sorry but those were the rules and when looking at a contact there is no room for ethics it's cut and dry as to original agreement.

There was really never any need for a "ruling", as it was well noted that there was no time limit. That was one of the things that I pointed out to Jack.

This was a "no lose" situation for the entity known as beannie. Play balls out while you can win, and never make the last play if you have no shot at winning.

I am certain that he will make one play at a time from here on out.

"jim" has proven beyond any shadow of a doubt, that:

• He is a con
• He is a welcher
• He posseses no handicapping skills
• He likes to hear himself talk

It is completely obvious that his picks are nothing more than someone looking at the paper, or a screen, and saying, "I like so-and-so at this price." etc. I guess if the guy had any type of winning record, people might not care how the picks came, but "he" is an absolute joke, and for Jack to even make such an offer to the guy, lessens the value of this place, to the likes of a circus side show. What the hell kind of "insight" could his page possibly contain?

Wow.....great stuff.

Jack, I certainly hope you make the rules for this guys "page" so tight, that you can shut it down after day one. (Of course.....I don't think there is a way in hell that he will finish on the + side.)

I also hope that future offers of "handicapping sections" are made only to those whom you actually feel are worthy of the effort, and not made as door prizes.

I agree with the ruling and had no problems with the ruling at all from the beginning. Jack said take as much time as you want but I just think that is bogus, but beantown good luck to you

I am somewhat over it and well you do what you want man. I don't want any conflict with you, your good for the forum and I don't wanna be an ass to you or anyone else on the forum....
