Any thoughts on the Big East and MAAC games tomorrow?

I don't have a clue. Home teams should win but can they cover these big numbers?

Villanova +9 at UConn

St. Peter's +19 at Rutgers

Cansius +13.5 at Marist

UConn - Villanova

tempo will play alot in deciding the ATS winner here. Nova will want to pound the ball into the floor, run the clock down, not rush things. UConn plays best when they are running up and down the court, using their athleticism. If Nova can hit some shots and slow them down, then they have a chance.

have to remeber that nova just upset UCLA on Saturday. I imagine that there was some celebrating Sat night. UConn had to go to OT same night and it was aphysical game against St. Johns. That might take something out of them. Miami's loss on Sunday gives UConn some cushion in conference race I believe so they may not give all out effort

I expect UConn to win but 9 points looks about right here

Hey book!

Was at a wedding yesterday and missed the St Johns/Ct Garden Party...........what i didnt factor into my analysis was the liklihood that Ct would be without coach and some of best players at crunch time..........Okafor 27 min- 5 fouls, Tony R.17 min -
5 fouls...whats with him, Taliek gone at the end also......Asst Coach Leito Td up with 2 min left in OT.....I can understand Calhoun trying to protect Okafor on the road......That poor kid can play....but on the road (IN THE BIG EAST) hes gonna sit half the game,,,,,with 2 quick ones in half 1.....or foul out .......Didnt see it so cant talk but I saw the Miami fouls and they werent there........hes a very skilled player....vs AZ. 15 reb 10 blocks 3 fouls, rarely more except on road in Big East......sooooooooooooooooooo

Last at Villanova ......Okafor on bench for 10 min first half with 2 fouls and played 22 min for the game......that allowed Sales 22 pts .....many in the paint.......AINT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN

Look for 20 turnovers again....from "Nova".....last Nova 20 for 49
CT 27 for 58.............Much like St Johns....Nova had 12 more points from the charity stripe than did CT...AINT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN........ Looking at the box score....seems like Butler is heating up and Robertson should get some quality time at home

Okafor WILL play the FULL game...........and Nova will come out flat after big W vs UCLA

CT by double digits......no back door....not close!

good luck........after last I watch the St Pete game

Superbook,all those numbers look high.

Nova is coming off that big win and Conn. that crazy loss. What the hell is calhoun thinking. And hatten on the FT line.Damn.He hit 21 and 19 were swishes.
And when Conn made a run at it in the end,why not put 2 guys on Hatten when their taking the ball out.How can you let him touch the ball.Terrible coaching.
If lappas was coaching I would give the 9 pts tomr. But Wright is an excellent coach as Nova is playing tough defense. But Gorden will start tomr in place of Robertson..hmmmmm

Marist historically has a tough time with canisius[except lyr].In the last 4 or 5 yrs the margin has always been under double digits and the Griffs winning there share of them. There was one blowout lyr. They beat them already up there by 1.But Marist is playing better then anyone.Griffs are a good go against team vs. the spread.[2-6 away and 7-12 overall]

Rutgers could blowout poor St Pete.Playing at the RAC,on a school nite and with all the hoopla they are getting.
Will post a few games tomr. Not sure yet what I'm going to do.
