We're trying to find a place to stay for the game on the 27th. We normally stay at the Westin at La Paloma to golf, but we want to stay down closer to the school this trip. What is the street where are the bars and stuff are - similar to Mill in Tempe? And which hotels are near it? I'm thinking of the Hilton, but I'm not sure if it's close.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier! I rarely check the general discussion except I was following this "challenge" between NCU and Kosar. . . LOL

Anyways, 4th Avenue is where all the bars are. . . Maloney's, O'Malleys, etc. Those are the two that I suggest. You already indicated that you are staying at the Marriott on campus which I think is an excellent choice and almost within walking distance to 4th Avenue. . . I'd still suggest driving to the bars from your hotel unless you REALLY like a nice long walk before and after drinking alcohol!

I'm still trying to contact my buddy to see if I can get any nice accomodations for you at the hotel. . . there is a VIP level, but it may already be completely booked since weekends are always filled 100%.
