turn it off, unplug it.
leave it open and let it dry out completely. might take a day or two. then see if it works. might have a chance, might not, but worth the shot.

This is a Toshiba Satellite P-25 and I am sure they have come down in price since I spent about $1500 on this one. Also sure they have nicer ones now as well.
Mine has a widescreen display which I really like.
