Spent some time now looking at this fight.

Anyone that thinks this is going to be a great fight to watch, I doubt it. I think it will be a holding match, and not a slugfest.

As old as Hopkins is he may be too crafty for
Joe C.

Hometown cooking with judges should lean toward Hopkins taking the decision.

Caliber of opponents leans to Hopkins.

Fighting first time in US for Joe C in this atmosphere, not good.

I am almost certain the fight will go the full
12 rounds. No way I am putting these high odds on it. Its not worth it to me.

I doubt seriously that Joe C can knock out Hopkins, and I do not see it happening for Barnard to KO Joe. There may be some knockdowns in the fight. I think Joe could go down, and that will give the decision to Hopkins in a close fight.

I am somewhat worried about Hopkins head butting or elbowing and opening a cut on Joe C .
The fight could be stopped early for that.

The slap punching that Joe C does bothers me.
He aint going to hurt Hopkins trying to flurry punch with bitch slaps.

Joe C being hyped about Hopkins talking smack may take away some focus. If he is trying too hard , he could get careless.

Hopkins unable to get KO
Hopkins can win most rounds by being crafty.
Hopkins knocks Joe C down a few times, but he gets back up. Joe C has a lion heart.
Hopkins does not get knocked out by this guy's little hands and bitch slaps.
Hopkins in America
Hopkins don't lose to no whiteys.
=

Hopkins by Decision

It seems simple enough.

I smell money and it smells green !

Can we cash this ticket ? or are we reaching here?
................................................................

boxing wagers are always a risk.

This is probably a reach but has the best value after I looked at everything involved.

Its very hard to say what will happen in this fight.

I guess he must have meant 3 white guys since he will NEVER fight again.

Anyone hear Zags dad drop the n-bomb between rounds 11 and 12.

Joe said this guy is a cheater.
His dad told him what did you expect from a ni****.

That was uncalled for, but the Brits have no class at times.

I think that's great actually, . You want classless , you should have heard Hopkins at the press confernece after the fight.

I did not hear him say that. Hopkins really must have got to him.

I didnt watch that either.

I thought it was pretty low of Joe C when he hit Hopkins with the low blow and he went down on a knee, to stand behind him pumping his hips.

Geez Louise.

I dont think I have ever seen that move in my life in a boxing ring. much less a championship type fight.

I am not missing my wagers by much lately.

This one was so close.

Hopkins gets the nod on one card. And it could have so easily gone Hopkins way , if he could have got one more knock down, or a point taken away from Joe C for the low blows.

It was not to be.

I knew this had 12 rounds tagged on it.

Man that was close.

I hope Joe C fights Roy Jones as Jones is one of my least favorite fighters in the world. I would be hoping he would beat the shit out of Roy Jr.

I didn't think it was that close a fight.

They kept talking about Hopkins landing the power punches.
He was only landing 2 power punches a round and Joe C was WAY more active and aggressive.
I thought the low blows were a joke. Hopkins was looking for a way to rest and maybe even steal a point, the announcers questioned it as well.
Golden Boy productions may have gotten to one judge because the other 2 were dead on.
