Another season of baseball, nothing like opening day! Like this bet for tonight, but going to bet smaller for the first few weeks:
under 8 Mets/Cards (+110) $25 to win $27.50 - Glavine had a good spring going 1-0 with a 2.25 era. Pitched 20 innings, giving up 16 hits and 5 ER. Good control with only 3 walks and 13 strikeouts. Carpenter was also solid going 1-1 with a 2.60 era. Pitched 27.2 innings and gave up 22 hits 8 earned runs, 6 walks and 19 strikeouts. Looking forward to a great baseball season this year!:SIB
