Best Burger ever!!!

A friend of mine that is a local trapper, he does it to supplement his income, traps cattle and domestic pigs. He gave me some of both the fresh ground beef and pork, as well as some hides to fashion into lampshades. (Got a little animal fat to make candles and soap out of too).
Anyway, I invited my trapper friend over for burgers and homemade fries and man was it good. Tasted better than deer, I couldn't believe it.
Anyone else other than SixFive ever have freshly trapped cow or pig? :00hour

Just messing with SixFive. He made a statement about friends of his that trap for a living and how they only trap animals that there are waaaaay too many of and that his trapper pals all stay off government assistance due to their lucrative trapping.
