CMDsports.com has a "High Roller" Fantasy League. This may be what you are looking for.

anyone looking to join a league?

I am gonna start one on yahoo. Its $25 bucks to join, with the $25 bucks you get 25 million to spend on salary for the draft, so its like an auction draft, everyone has the same amount of money no steinbrennerism sorry georgie and then its a regular league from there head-to-head all stats done on yahoo, we do draft offline either through AOL IM or a chat room somewhere. Let me know if your interested. jack can send u my email or @aol my name.

11 total teams, 1 team gets a bye each week

Winner gets the pot, 2nd place gets there money back

Monk,

I would like to play in the league again. I had fun last year in the football league we had together with the other madjackers. If there is any slots available then email me at bama6895@aol.com

Thanks.

OK for those that want to join you can do so now at:

League ID: 98763
Password: beantownjim

Please, please, PLEASE only folks who plan to stick around the entire season. This has happened to us on every fantasy league we create and it's getting tiresome. Let's have some fun and try to keep the trophy away from dr. freeze this year! :p

dawgaliscious,

last year we all played for $20 i believe it was and we used paypal to send it to the commissioner. freeze won the contest and i assume he got paid the pot amount. only problem this year is that i'm the commissioner which means i'm not going to be the one responsible for collecting and maintaining the couple hundred dollars. to me, it's just too much of a hassle BUT we can all have a collective vote on the matter.

i would rather play against someone head-up for a shirt or hat on a weekly basis. if you want to play against someone head-up for money, no problem with that either. we do need to discuss getting a MadJack trophy in place for the annual winners.

go ahead and sign up and we can go over everything on the message board. hope to see you there. GL! ;)

Monk,

I didn't know that you finished out the year. With all of those Cowboys you picked up, I figured that you were shooting for last place.

The Southside Syndicate will again be the most feared team in the league.

I would love to be in, but I have one small problem. I am driving to Kiawa Island on 8/3.

Yahoo mentioned something about automatically drafting my team. I figured I could try and work trades out if necessary.

I agree that it doesn't have to be for money. I'm in a couple for monetary reasons already. This one would mean more to me if it was all about the pride.

I don't want it to be scheduled around me. After this weekend, I have a run of three weekends that I will not be around a computer. Any other weekends, I will be available.

Sure, better yet I could just mail you a new one if you give me the measurements.

Better yet, let me find a old-school trophy and reletter it. A nice 70's football trophy would be cool to pass around. We could letter it each year with the winner.
