If you're talking about actual leagues, yahoo is the best for free to me.
For info, I've used www.fftoday.com and www.ffwarrroom.com.

I have played in fantasy leagues for baseball and football at cbssportsline.com and the experience has been really good. They update player news every couple of hours and have a nice database to search for information about all players!
bjfinste -- do you post at FFToday? I used to live on that board, but don't spend much time there anymore. Pretty good board for info though.
Blackman- Nope, never posted there. I go there a lot and check out all the articles and message board posts and all that, but never got around to posting myself.
I am looking for information not a league, dont care if it is free or pay just looking to find the best site,
