I recently signed up with Bestlinesports and wanted to pass this along to you. They just installed a newer online casino, which I played let it ride in. Anyway, I ended up hitting a straight flush which normally pays 200-1. After not receiving the $1,800 that I should have won I looked at the pay menu. All the payout odds were normal except the straight flush 100-1 and a royal straight flush 250-1 when it should pay 1000-1. I was a bit upset and thought maybe bestline sports lowered the odds. Now #1 I was at fault for not looking at the pay table before hand, but the game menu said let it ride standard odds. I decided to call them and give it a shot. I spoke with Andrew who listened to me. I explained that other online books such as betcris use the same casino,DGS, and have the straight flush paying 200-1. Even their older casino pays out at 200-1. Later in the evening Andrew called back and an additional $900 was added to my account. He did caution me though on playing the game again that he will have to stick to the odds posted until he could get in touch with a DGS person to see if it will change. I just wanted to pass this along since I usually only report bad experiences with books. Their customer service is great and have resolved every issue I had. The baseball lines are rough though so I'm hoping football is better.
