Houston is playing very well since their bad start and if not for an overtime loss to a pretty good Minnesota team, they would have won their last 4. Houston is also COMING OFF A BYE WEEK, which of course gives them more time to prepare for the Jags.
Jacksonville on the other hand is in the midst of some brutal scheduling. This will be their 2nd straight road game and 3rd road game in the last 4 weeks and we're not talking short trips. Also, with that in mind, they also have a bye next week, so you almost have to wonder if they are looking forward to next week off a little too much.
Also, keep in mind that Jacksonville gives up more yards per play than they gain per play.
One more note. A certain offshore book has taken almost 2/3's of all their bets taken on this game as Jacksonville bets which shows Jacksonville is truely a public play as well...Rember Joe public isn't looking at all the "other" stuff.
