I wonder, if let's say, it was a Vietnamese dude on death row and he requested a roasted DOG. It would be funny to see whether they would honor his request or not. I also wonder why cigarettes and alcohol are not permitted. You would think that after a huge meal, they would permit one to have one last drink or puff.
