West Virginia +2....the strongest play

Tulsa+11....Where in the hell did that come from????

La Tech+14..my personal gut pick(Fresno still questionable) this will be a shoot-out if Fresno don't stop Kubik QB..he's got 2 recievers that can score quick.

Arizona State comes up as a play, but I think they sink this week. too many internal problems

Nevada+6 comes up ..I usually pass on playing games in that state.

Favorites:

Wyoming -13'
Southern Miss -4'
Syracuse-6'...artificial turf makes them faster than Rutgers.

Note:

I Don't think Memphis -13' covers against Houston

Tulsa, my numbers definitly come out on the side of Tulsa, but I dont like games on the island so passing.

Vols- numbers come out on AUb side but I like the Vols in this spot

Rice-San Jose cannot stop Rice's options, I have Rice winning by 16. I am concerned that there may be a hangover from the Texas game

CMU- I have them winning outright but they are starting Kent Smith at QB this week and he has limited experience but I will probably throw some coin on CMU.

I like your call on the under for Tulsa they have limited offensive weapons.

UAB, I havethem winnig by 1 but thats cutting it close. Why do you like them so strong?

WVU, sort of like them here as Va Tech has no offense but concerned about the RB situation at WVU

MTSU, should score alot on N Tex do you think their D can help out?

I am getting some strange numbers on the following teams what do you think?

MTSU/N.Tex...two teams with many new starters equals high turnovers....

Butch Mccollum ,coach, will continue to use a 2 quarterback system ....that tells me it's a vote of NO Confidence in the QB's for MTSU

This game looks like they'll trade passes for a high scoring game with N. Texas winning...I'm not on this game

You right, the stats are awkward this week and you get a lot of FALSE DOG PROJECTED WINS.



Illini+14 not 13'... Wisky got to be looking at Ohio St and Purdue on the table in the next 2 wks.
Standford ...shot it's wad last week..possible letdown on the cover..hard to get up 2 weeks in the row

Kentucky should roll Ohio....they have 3 weeks of hell coming at'em with Ala, S.Carolina and Auburn

Buffalo, Tex Tech, Ark. St, and Nevada...don't expect to see these teams cover the spread. I think Mississippi will pound Ark St...Mississippi State is really a false dog...still think Vandy wins by 2 td,s

LaTech plays hard at home..like the 14 points...like a 6 point 2 team teaser better..keyed with S. Miss, W. Virginia and/or Rice. Only caveat is Fresno probably has revenge motivation

New Mex St..... how many times have the stats gone against us with UTEP...hell it would not surprise me to see New Mex St. cover or win straight up....

Keeping my shopping list and plays very short this week...my Largest play will be on West Virginia..gl

Memphis-13'.....my numbers show giving no more than 8 points...Houston matches up very well....Houston defense is better this year and Memphis defense down from last year


Syracuse-6 ..my number show a win by 10...Pasquloni is due for a break out game and what better team to do it against

The last thing you have to worry about mc with wvu is running backs they go 5 deep and all can fly and have power then you add the legs of r.marshall then you have 6 guys who can break it from anywhere on the field, harris is fine hell he had a total of 94 yards called back last week due to the yellow flag, they will never be hurting for running backs if that is holding you off of the game.
