Looks like a week to lay the points.

Florida - Up to 35.....MTSU is in shambles

Clemson-22'..line should be closer to 30

The Party is over for Purdue: Michigan on deck for next week and they could drop 2 in a row

Wisconsin+6'....they win S/U....

MC,

Personally, I think the Badgers have been doin' it with smoke and mirrors all year long.

This is the big enchilada.

Orton vs Stocco?

Buddy,

When you compare the QB's there is no doubt that Purdue has a gigantic edge and having watched Wisky play twice I am in agreement with you that they have done it with smoke and mirrors. I watched them play Penn State and if PSU was not forced to go to a untested QB they may have won this game outright as they drove deep into Wisky territory on three occasions early in the game before they lost both QB's. On the other hand, Wisky's defense is for real but they have yet to face a team with numerous weapons like Purdue.

Mastercapper, no this is not a Laugher.

Buddy and MC, the above can be said for Purdue. They have not face a tough defense this year
. We always have a surprise team every year in the top 4 or 5 , I think Wisky is the one this year. Talent array on both sides but i think defense wins this game.
Barry Alvarez has a very mature team and I believe they can handle anything thrown at'em. I'm aware of the fact that they don't have the superb QB but they can run the ball down Purdue throat all day.

MC... yes I have a Laugher...I'll post latter part of the week.

wisconsin is a good rushing team that plays defense very well. those are ingrediants for a good dog play, imo.i'm waiting to see if the line goes over the magic number of 7.

good luck.

No doubt I agree that Wisky has a outstanding defense and if the number hits 7 I would be highly likely to play the dog. Wisky must control the line of scrimmage in this game and grind the clock. If they get behind early this game could turn ugly as I do not believe that Wisky has the passing attack to rally from double digit points.

From a public perception point of view, I subscribe to the theory a "bettors memory is only as good as the last game". Anything else he knows about a team is researched, but the memory will only reach to the last game.

If this supposition is credible....then,

bettors remember Wisky having a rather easy time winning outright on the road at Ohio State

and

Purdue struggling on the road with a sub par Penn State team.

Last Game Memory ~ Advantage = Wisconsin.

That's what concerns me.

It just "looks" a little too inviting.

Impressionable Wisconsin plus a full seven points?

Uh-uh. I ain't buyin' it.

Purdue -7.

Alvarez had Stocco throwing the ball a bit more than usual last week in prep for this game. Gotta believe that Purdue puts 8 in the box and forces Wisky to go to the air to get the job done. The Badgers front four is as good as there is, but the secondary remains a bit untested. That's where the game will be won or lost, Leonhard is certainly a playmaker for wisky but the other dbs will have to step it up. Kinda liking the points.

Well gentleman, if Wisky makes you pucker, here's one:

DON'T LAUGH PICK OF THE WEEK

Florida International University +9' over UL Monroe

Here is the poop.
New independent from !-AA out of Miami Florida
Just beat Stephen F. Austin on the road which is a !-AA Top Ranked team that was 4-0.

Well guess who the coach is>>>Don Strock, former NFL QB
They bring back 22 players from last year..they got a Good QB and a bit weak on the defense. But going against UL Monroe who needs defense. Look for a high scoring event.( FIU does have a field goal kicker who is coming alive) It appears FIU is building a formidable competiive team to play in the !-A.

ANother Dont Laugh Play brings home the money what is the running percentage on these plays? Going back at least 3 or 4 years I believe that you have hit around 90% of these plays which is amazing! To top it off your other five plays go undefeated, bring out the broom for the clean sweep, great job!

Running in the mid 90% range.

I had 3 this week that fit the Laughers

Akron...which i'm stunned nobody really jumped on this game including myself..but the system rated it the top pick..but i backed off./.

Florida Int'l...which i thought was the best of the three...damn shame ...they didn't win..close in the 1st half

Wisconsin...just knew Purdue were fakers with tough defensive teams...i believe they lose to Michigan this week

was a good week...
