So this morning I had problems with my account not taking a bet and being zeroed out.
It was a server problem on Bet Jamaica's end and they told me they would have it up soon. Well it did come back up, but my bet was not taken as the system did not recognize it.
Not a big deal, I could have called to complain, but just called them to let them know the error.
Then this afternoon find this in my email

Friday night during our system update there was an system error. Your wager was not accepted due to this and will need to be resubmitted. We have added a $25 free play because the inconvenience caused to you, please accept our apologies.
