Last season, Oklahoma blew out the Missouri Tigers 62-21 in the Big 12 Championship before losing to Florida in the BCS National championship.
The Gators, who are a +165 favorite to win the national title at betED.com, open their schedule against Charleston Southern on Sept. 5 (7 pm ET, FSN) and odds are not yet available.
The Texas Longhorns, who many predict will face Florida for the BCS Championship in January, are the biggest favorite of Week 1, as they open at home against the Louisiana-Monroe Indians as 40.5-point favorites, with the total at 62.5.
Texas, which finished last season 12-1 SU, defeated No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes in the Fiesta Bowl 24-21 last January.
The USC Trojans are also lopsided favorites in their opener. They host the San Jose Spartans as 35-point faves, with the over/under at 50.
And Ohio State entertains the Navy Midshipmen as 22-point favorites, with the total set at 44.5.
Other Week 1 games of note include the Alabama Crimson Tide hosting the Virginia Tech Hokies in what may be the best matchup of the week (Sept. 5, 8 pm ET, ABC).
The Crimson Tide are 6-5 point favorites and the over/under is 38.
