I don't mean to be critical of anyone, but how can anyone bet on these games. Football, of all the sports, is a team game and the players need to get at least familiar with one another, especially on the offensive line. You have no history with the teams to base any decision on. With NBC getting mad about the overtime( are you kidding me, I'm sure if this were their beloved NBA they wouldn't say anything), what kind of effect is this going to have on the outcome. I wouldn't put it past McMahon to bastardize the sport and tell the refs to have a no call if it would prevent extended play.

So far I've been pleased with the play and the games do look legitimate, but anything that Vince is involved in is all about the money. With the added pressure from the network, I wouldn't put it past him to screw up this league.

I play very small ammounts on the XFL till "I get a history" as for Vince and the networks-he is under no pressure, week 1 drew double what they expected, week 2 was about where they thought they should be. I feel the game will be more on the up and up than the NFL-hell I have saw some very questionable stuff go on there. Besides why would Vince screw with the XFL-this is his toy, he can script anything he wants with the WWF.

i just play for fun. throw in small units.
these games are no way fixed! If they were its because the players fixed it, not mcmahon or refs or nayone else. Mcmahon wants lines to gain interest from fans. So far, its been sloppy offense but that is expected. Like i daid , i will watch football any day over basketball
