The American League All-Stars are a slight, -115 moneyline, -1.5 (+135) runline favorite in MLB All-Star Game Betting Odds, while the over/under total is 10 (Over, +100; Under, 1-20).

The 80th annual MLB All-Star Game takes place at Busch Stadium in St. Louis (8:20 pm ET, FOX).
The AL has won the past six Mid-Summer Classics, including a 4-3 victory in 15 innings last year at Yankee Stadium, and is 11-0-1 in the last 12. The National League last won in 1996.
Toronto Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay and San Francisco Giants righthander Tim Lincecum will be the starting pitchers, AL manager Joe Maddon of the Tampa Bay Rays and NL boss Charlie Manuel of the World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies announced at a Monday news conference.
Halladay, the 2003 AL Cy Young winner, is 10-3 with a 2.85 ERA in 17 starts this season. But he?s 0-2 in three starts since returning from a strained groin injury suffered in June.
Lincecum, the reigning NL Cy Young winner, has a record of 10-2 with a 2.33 ERA and a league-best 149 strikeouts in 18 starts this season. He's won his last four starts.
The lineup for the American League will open with Seattle right fielder Ichiro Suzuki, who will be followed by New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter and Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer.
Florida Marlins shortstop Hanley Ramirez will lead off for the National League and will be followed by Philadelphia second baseman Chase Utley, St. Louis first baseman Pujols and Milwaukee's Ryan Braun, who will play right field.
The winner of the All-Star Game gives its league home field advantage in the World Series.
