Shortly thereafter they locked my account, and accused me of using "several IPs" and that one of the IPs was used by another account in Connecticut. This makes no sense since I am in Australia and wouldn't use a USA IP.


I have asked the rep there, Will, to provide some evidence of his claims. He keeps telling me that he has proof but that "it can take awhile" to send it to me.


Will asked for all sorts of ID, selfies, hydro bills, etc which I have provided.


They have returned my original deposit to my Btc account, but I am worried this is just a fly by night operation that screws over anyone who wins.


Has anyone else had dealings with this place? Positive or negative? Maybe somebody here can help me with this as Betagame appears to be a sponsor of this forum?

I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to call BS on this one. You are honestly either intentionally using multiple IP addresses or unintentionally using multiple IPs. Either way it's wrong to do that at ANY SPORTSBOOK.

AND if you are, your lucky that your original deposit was even returned fast. Additionally, every interaction I've ever had with Will, has been nothing short of professional. Deposits= Easy, Withdraws=Fast, Customer Service= A+++.

Sounds like complete BS. Every interaction I have had with Will or Curt have been nothing but positive. I have received one payout from them with little to no complaints (we had an address issue which Will quickly resolved). I'll take it a step further and tell you that Will even gave me a $50 freeplay on my birthday just because my poor ass asked him! What book does that? When I get back on my feet I will be using betagame with the ease of depositing, withdrawing and great bonus offers I'm not sure why you play anywhere else. Lets also mention that Jack stands by this book and would'nt advertise them if they weren't top notch.

What good does it do to contact you? I've contacted you plenty, and you've never once shown me any evidence of matching IPs.

What more can I do besides threaten to post on forums? I threatened you only one time pleading with you to show me this proof that you keep talking about... still nothing.

For the record my balance was $6600 when it was closed. Betagame is keeping over $5000 in winnings because he says I signed in with an IP from Connecticut. As an Australian why would I sign in from Connecticut or use a VPN to appear as though I was in Connecticut?

Somehow Will says I'm linked with another account which was closed a few weeks ago, but he has no evidence of that, he's only guessing. Clearly people here are vouching for the guy, so why am I being fucked over by him.
