They let the phone calls go to the call center for making bets only.
The site is running.
Cannot get site to work. Keep getting message..."Cannot connect to DGSserver"
Got this message yesterday with ipad but was able to connect with computer. Today phone, ipad or Mac cannot log on.

It's up and down. They had a tech working on it all day yesterday and back working on it today. I just made a couple bets then got booted out, then got back in and finished. It's frustrating but they will have it back to normal soon.
It did take one bet from me last night . Will try again later.

That happens with all websites from time to time, even yahoo and google. I wish I had a nickel every time somebody bitched about bookmaker or 5dimes being down.
They do have a phone to call in bets.
Were you using mobile or tablet or wifi, or PC? All these things can contribute. Also, carriers (ATT and Verizon) and providers (Comcast, etc) have problems at times, as do certain areas of the country/world.
Betagame is on the same platform that half the other books advertising here are on.
