Anyone use or ever have problems with them? I used them for the MNF promo (refund if the Falcons lose). No refund, no 1st deposit bonus as advertised and they give me nonsensical reasons for delay (i.e credit card proof although I used neteller).....and I sent my passport photo. Its a certainty they will not allow me to make a withdrawal.

I didn't realise that. I had a problem with them back before the internet days. Only cost me $35US but still it was bs. I see WWTS are doing the exact same promo for this MNF but I don't want to go thru this crap again. I've already had to contact neteller about a possible reversal.

Should I contact WWTS (do you know a specific contact)? I am getting an unexplained runaround. Livechat knows nothing but to say the validation dept will look into it. That dept has not answered 2 emails over the last 3 days. I find it hard to believe that WWTS would want their name tarnished by these jokers.

I managed to find the Antigua 'Gaming Legislation' and I could not find anything supporting their statement unless payment is mailed or over $5K US. That is why they have been ignoring my request for proof. In fact I think they are in violation of 38c by making a false statement. I am submitting the correspondance to the gaming authorities for clarification before I send anyone my bank statement.
