strike one!!!....just called them to ask a few questions and waited on the line for 15 minutes. no one answered so i hung up.
must've heard about their loyalty program and poker room 50 times during that 15 minutes. no one answers phones....not a good sign.:shrug:

Sublime. Cris is one of the top 3 books out there IMO... remember the bookies and all of it's workers have to sleep sometime.
Best book around...only needs to upgrade their golf wagering dept.Fast payments and english speaking reps are always a plus.They dont offer sign up bonuses but their loyality program is good.Im not sure when you called but Ive called 30 times and always got fast service except once and that was late at night.Good luck!!!!!
you called them on a sunday night after all the games had gone off. probably the worst time to call any book. the least busiest time of the week.
