well it's finally working but very, very, slowly. i talked to customer service and they said they were upgrading the site. maybe they should take a page out of pinnacle's book and do upgrades at night after the games have gone off, or during the day when there is no action. makes you wonder what kind of people you're dealing with when there is action all day but the site is down. might be time for a withdrawl. does anyone have any idea why they would do their upgrades like this?
