IE, got a marketing call from Brian on this promotion. Now its a big fxxx up. My notes show 20% bonus, 1000 loyalty point added to my account, free entry bj tourney and free pool entry.

After funding, I got 15% free play, no loyalty points added (guess I misunderstood on both accounts). When I went for the free pool entry on 2nd final four game I was charged $10.00, who the hell knows about the bj tourney entry. Plus 2 calls to customer service and 5 minutes on live chat without any help other than the casino manager would email me.

All and all, there is better customer service, site software than CRIS, where the number comes from. Just my thoughts

i read your post about 5 times and am not sure what the problem is. if you think it's bad enough, i'll look into it for you. all i need is your account id and i'll check it out.

jack, 1. got 15% free play. he told me 20%
2. no loyalty points, he told me 1,000 would be added to my account
3. the pool play was to be free, I was charged $10 and customer service can't fix it.
4. was told casino manage would email me, no email received

did not try the free entry in black jack tourney

Thanks for you offer to fix, but they had every chance to make this deal right.
