The just had the wierdest conversation with a Customer Service Rep from BetCris. Last night I withdrew $2500 via Netleller from BetCris, because up to $2500 on fridays its free (no withdrawal fee). So right after I withdrew it last night, I called in to check up that the withdrawal requesti went thru, the rep I spoke to yesterday said she saw the withdrawal request and it would take up to24 hrs for the transaction to go thru. So this afternoon I called in to check no the status again, and that rep said he saw it and said all requests made yesterday would be processed by 5pm today.
I just got home, checked my account and the money still was not there so I called in again. This time the rep cannot find a trace of any withdrawal request that I made, he said he checked the regular database, the backup database and the backup to the backup database...found no trace of my withdrawal request at all, he assures me that this has never happened before and tellls me that I can make another withdrawal request, but this time I have to pay for it. So I told him that no, I can wait another week so that there would be no fee....I am in no rush...
